Riding with Kids

Most places won’t let kids operate their own off-road vehicle, but we do!

"My son had the best experience and was grateful to see the emphasis on safety meets fun adventure. Highly recommend as there were no other operators in the area that had freedom to ride"

Can kids ride dirt bikes in Utah?

Yes—according to Utah DNR regulations, kids 8+ can operate off-road vehicles with proper certification and supervision.

Supervision can look like two things:

  • The child completes a state-required 3-hour online certification, while the parent completes a quick online step and stays within close range during the ride
  • Or skip the 3-hour course altogether and ride with us as your permitted guide

Most places (especially ATV & UTV rentals) avoid the issue entirely—they don’t let minors operate at all. Some even require riders to be 21+.

We do! We’ve solved it.
