Are rentals right for me?
Rentals are designed for confident riders who can handle a bike without a guide leading the way.
Bikes can be tuned down for mixed-skill groups (Eco Mode is your friend).
We rent premium bikes for the best ride quality. They’re capable and come with adjustable modes so you can set the power to your comfort level.
Rider Requirements
Generally riders must be 18+ • 5'3" or taller.
Younger riders may qualify.

IDs & Check-In
Bring your ID for waivers, copies accepted
Skill Level
You should be comfortable balancing, controlling speed, braking smoothly, and riding basic off-road terrain.
Crashes
You’re responsible for damage to your rental bike.
A $250 security deposit hold per bike is authorized at pickup. For larger groups of 6+ riders, the maximum total hold is $1,500. If damage occurs, some or all of the security deposit may be retained to cover repair costs.
If repair costs exceed the hold, the renter is responsible for the remaining balance and will be billed accordingly.
Bike Issues
Mechanical problem? We’ll meet you on the trail and swap if possible.
Battery Range
Battery range varies based on terrain and riding style, but most riders can expect around 3 hours of ride time with conservative riding. Recharge times typically range from 2–4 hours.
Street Riding
These bikes are built for dirt, sand, slickrock, and OHV trails — not cruising through downtown or riding up Zion Canyon. Some Southern Utah towns allow access on short, approved OHV connector routes, while others do not, so ask us about local riding options and guided experiences during check-in.
Areas where street riding is strictly prohibited:
St. George, Utah
Washington City, Utah
Towns with approved OHV routes:
Hurricane, Utah
Leeds, Utah
How do I haul the bikes?
The easiest way to transport your rental is with an open-bed pickup truck and tie-down straps. Forgot your straps? No problem — we’ll lend you a set if needed.
We also offer delivery for overnight rentals to select trailheads, vacation rentals, and Airbnbs.
Looking for a shorter ride? We offer a 3-hour rental with trailhead delivery and pickup to both the Sand Hallow area (Long Valley) and Toquerville falls.
What should we wear?
Wear closed-toe shoes and sturdy long pants. We provide helmet, gloves, and pads. Backpacks are welcome.
Do you cancel for weather?
We ride in most conditions — clouds, sprinkles, normal desert moodiness.
If weather becomes unsafe (flash-flood warnings or temps over 110°F), you can cancel for a full refund.
If you still want to ride, that’s up to you. Many riders head up in elevation to cool down.
When should we arrive?
Show up 15 minutes early so we can get you geared up and rolling on time. Late arrivals and no-shows can’t be refunded (we still love you though).
I’m coming from Las Vegas—anything I should know about timing?
Yes. Las Vegas is one hour behind Utah, so you’ll need to leave earlier than you think to make your tour on time.
